Job description:

Strong knowledge & hand-on experience of Exchange 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 (on premises), Exchange Online, Office365.
Strong knowledge & hand-on experience working in clustered and HA environments including CCR, SCR and DAG technologies.
Experience with Messaging Security Gateways, on- Prem & Cloud, such as Office 365 suite / Advance Threat Protection (ATP), Proofpoint, Email Gateway, Secure Email gateway etc.
Strong knowledge & hand-on experience in supporting, administering and implementing Exchange and other messaging infrastructure components.
Client: Ability to Manage/Configure authentication (including FBA, Basic, NTLM and Kerberos, ADFS Claims-Based authentication, MFA)
Client: Ability to Manage/Configure Autodiscover, Outlook Anywhere, Outlook MAPI over HTTP, Exchange Web Services, Outlook on the Web, Exchange Admin Center, Exchange ActiveSync, POP3, and IMAP4
Ability to Manage/Configure Offline Address Book (OAB), Manage/Configure Outlook Web App Manage/Configure ActiveSync, Manage/Configure ActiveSync Allow Block Quarantine (ABQ)
Manage/configure site-resilient namespace URLs, Manage/Configure certificate requirements for site failovers and Manage/Configure Client Site requirements Microsoft Exchange Administration (Cross Platform)
Cross Platform: Ability to Manage/Configure Cross forest and/or Federated FreeBusy Availability, Manage/Configure Unified Messaging , Manage/Configure Skype for Business integration , Manage/Configure Office Apps , Manage/Configure Office Online Servers (OOS) Microsoft Exchange Administration (General)
Ability to Manage/Configure and Understand Powershell for Exchange and redundancy for intra-site scenarios Microsoft Exchange Administration (Identity)
Ability to Manage/Configure hierarchical address lists and Configure address book policies
Ability to Manage/Configure and Understand interdependencies with Active Directory (Global Catalog, AD Site, LDAP/NSPI performance) and Create and configure mail-enabled objects Microsoft Exchange Administration (Mailbox)
Ability to Manage/Configure site-resilient Database Availability Group and mailbox role

Prior experience with common project management tools is strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience with Exchange (email, calendar, notes, address book) to O365
Hands-on experience migrating to Office 365
Experience managing and remediating Active Directory
Experience designing and troubleshooting complex mail routing scenarios.
Experience in Exchange Cross-Forest Delegation and Microsoft Federation Gateway technologies for enabling cross-forest Free/Busy in Exchange
Experience with 3rd party migration tools
Expert level PowerShell capabilities
Proven experience with Integration of these technologies with various security capabilities including mail gateways, multi-factor authentication, encryption, and e-discovery.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of management as well vendors and customers.
Strong problem solving and Analytical/Reasoning skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience working with cloud computing technology.
Has experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as Enterprise Mobility Suite
Should have handled Office 365 migrations (Exchange On-premise to Exchange On-line including Hybrid environments) projects under your belt.
Experience in Exchange Cross-Forest Delegation and Microsoft Federation Gateway technologies for enabling cross-forest Free/Busy in Exchange
Have strong knowledge of the O365 licensing features (E1 – E5)
Planning deployment of Office 365 ProPlus (Planning Updates, Planning languages pack
Understanding of email systems, DNS, and Internet concepts.
Knowledge and proficiency in the following Microsoft technologies:
