Qualifications-
Salesforce Service Cloud : 2 years (Required)
5 -7 years of experience Testing experience
1yr Jira exp.
Preferably certified on Salesforce
Banking or retail domain experience is preferred
Experience in managing automated testing of Salesforce application
Either a test engineer with strong experience in Salesforce and having a good understanding of validating business and technical requirements ahead of test scripting and execution. Or a BA with strong experience in Salesforce AND a good understanding of test process
.Bachelor"s (Preferred)
-Automation experience and project management experience preferred.
Responsibilities

.Instance configuration tasks, including reporting, object and field creation and modification, validation rules, processes, workflows, approvals, page layouts, permissions, etc.
