Must Haves:
.MUST HAVE 5+ years in active data engineer position
.MUST HAVE 3+ years of building test data management solutions/tools. Hands-on experience using at least one of these tools or similar to these GenRocket, IBM Test Data Fabricator, Broadcom TDM, Informatica TDM or similar tools
.MUST HAVE experience in multiple test data frameworks
.Define, maintain, and manage test data management solutions
.Seasoned TDM specialist who has strong understanding on TDM concepts
.Prior experience creating test data solutions using synthetic data, data masking, data discovery, data refresh
.Evaluate tools, methodologies and influence adoption of new techniques that will help deliver high-quality features faster
.Ability to engineer solutions providing secured and fit for purpose data in test environments
.Good understanding on Automation and integrating TDM solutions with pipelines
.Strong data background and understanding about SQL (MS SQL Server, Oracle)/NoSQL (MongoDB, CosmosDB) databases
.Work with the team to ensure that all stories have well defined acceptance criteria, data set, and any hooks needed to enable test data management
.Lead continuous process improvement in test data management system architecture and share this knowledge through pairing, documentation, and presentations
.Influence the development of innovative principles and ideas to promote management of our test data
.Provide in-depth technical mentoring across Test Data Management and Development teams
.Routinely exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and criteria for achieving objectives
.Develop test data management frameworks and data sets that enable engineering and testing teams
.Design creative approaches to solve technical challenges that occurs with test data
Preferred Requirements
.Building data pipelines using Jenkins, Github or similar tools
.Good understanding about Cloud Azure IoT, Google Cloud platform or Amazon Webservice (AWS)
Additional skills that are preferred but not required:
.Knowledge of relational databases SQL
.knowledge of NoSQL databases
.Solid grasp of Agile practices
.Experience managing service virtualization, API/services automation
