Release Train Engineer
Job Description:
A leader for the Agile Release Train (ART) who possesses a strong understanding of Agile and can execute Agile processes and manage it. You will work closely with QA, Product, DevOps, Delivery, Architecture and Engineering to directly impact the customer's ability to meet PI goals. SAFe certified and experienced as RTE.
Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Ensure that the Agile processes are fully executed.
• Work to guide and coach others (scrum leaders) about the ART and Lean-Agile practices.
• Assign, coordinate, and review work and activities of programming personnel. Oversee the ART and the SAFe framework to ensure its functioning and productivity.
• Reporting status updates and metrics to senior leadership on the performance and efficiency of the ART.
• Facilitate risk management of the ART.
• Work to define working agreements for the ART.
• Support the Product manager when necessary.
