| Primary Responsibilities: - Responsible for developing, testing, operating and maintaining products. - Takes full stack ownership of assigned projects by consistently writing production-ready and testable code for assigned projects. - Responsible for addressing Application Support issues/queries on time without any delays - Makes sound coding decisions keeping customer experience in the forefront and discusses it with the Leads/Architects as needed. - Takes feedback from code review and apply changes to meet standards. - Responsible for ensuring offshore resources are delivering the requirements on time by meeting the best coding standards/practices. - Exhibits relentless focus in software reliability engineering standards embedded into development standards. - Reviews tasks critically and ensures they are appropriately prioritized and sized for incremental delivery.
