Position: Workday Functional Consultant

Location: Jersey city, New Jersey

Duration: 6-12 Months

 

Description

·         Should have recruiting and Onboarding configuration resource with WD certification

·         Ideal candidate would have recruiting and onboarding configuration experience with:

§  Configuring Job Application, Interview, Background check, onboarding BPs

§  Able to configure complex calculated fields

§  Able to configure condition rules on BP steps

§  Configuring offer letters in Workday

§  Configuring DocuSign or another eSignature vendor to add eSignatures to offer letters and other documents

§  Configuring custom objects and fields and validation

§  Configuring notifications

Nice to have experience

·         Experience with Workday’s interview scheduling capability with O365

·         Experience implementing and supporting third-party assessment vendors in Workday    

·         OX
