Please find the job details below Role :- Java API Architect Duration : 12+ months location : Remote Client : FIS Description - API Solution Architect for implementing and leading an API migration project for Java based applications
- Strong knowledge of J2EE and microservices application architecture and all aspects such as Eclipse IDE, Java runtime, interservice communication, Logging/Monitoring aspects, Authorization, Bounded-Context based modeling,
- Strong knowledge of API Lifecycle Management process including relevant tools such as Swagger
- Strong hands-on in creating API contracts using machine readable languages and tools such as Swagger
- API Design and modeling knowledge and experience and framework designing experience
- Should have hands-on experience in all Java Spring frameworks – such as Spring Boot, Spring Integration
- Strong knowledge of Containerization, Spring Profile, Security
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Should have strong presentation, articulation skills
- Business Domain (FinTech) knowledge/experience is a plus
Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead and analyze all aspects of building and deployment Java based applications on any cloud environment.
- Provide troubleshooting solutions related to building Java based applications.
- Drive strategies around designing, modeling, performance tuning and other key technical deliverables of the project
- Try out different tools and combinations in the form of Proof of Concept to evaluate new ideas
- Build, deploy, test and automate new APIs/microservices as needed. Work closely with QA team and environment team to ensure smooth operation and quality of work
- Ensure crisp and clear communication among various internal and external stakeholders of the project
- Participate and contribute towards the overall success of the project and ensure client delight
- Actively participate in project level activities to provide technical and technological solutions
- Drive the in-house solutions related to micro-services and Cloud implementation of Payment Applications
- Keep pace with new areas of research in all DT technologies (API, DevOps, Cloud, AI/ML) and train the employees to create self-sustainable teams
