Duration : Long Term
Rate: $60 to 62/hr on C2C
Need 10+Years profile with LINKEDIN
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze client's 'As-Is' environment and plan the lift and shift migration activities
Participate in the working sessions with client, understand their system and raise appropriate questions to complete the system analysis
Coordinate with offshore team for daily tasks and activities.
Understand business requirements and document the technical specification or our understanding documents.
Review offshore development work and help team in any technical blockers.
Highlight blockers, risk and issues to client as needed.
Quantify effort estimates for project or any new requirements.
Oversee project milestones and deadlines.
Identify any skill gaps in team and plan for training.
Skills and Experience
Tech Lead role with 10+ years of experience.
IBM Mainframe with Primary skills JCL, COBOL and CA7/Autosys.
Secondary skills Endeavor, DB2, CICS.
Good to have experience in any CCM tools such as Exstream, CSF, Pitney Bowes.
Good to have Print and document processing knowledge.
