Role – Salesforce Business Analyst + Project Manager

Duration: Contract

Job Description –

Responsibilities:

A Senior Business Analyst for Salesforce programs responsible for Project Management, conducting Business Process Review, documenting the requirements, defining the acceptance criteria and coordinating with the development team.

 

  1. A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects.
  2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce projects.
  3. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager.
  4. Prior experience of working on Media & Entertainment projects is a must.
  5. Prior experience driving business process discovery, conducting requirement gathering workshops.
  6. Experience working on Agile projects and managing Scrum calls.
  7. Experience calculating and tracking sprint wise user story points. 
  8. Candidate should possess strong communication skills, interpersonal skills.
  9. Experience writing User Stories and defining Acceptance criteria.
  10. Experience preparing wire frames and preparing Business Requirement Documents.
  11. Experience performing functional testing.
  12. Experience doing demos, trainings and managing UAT.
  13. Salesforce Admin certification preferred.
  14. Experience using Jira and Confluence.
