Role – Salesforce Business Analyst + Project Manager Location – Remote Los Angeles, CA Duration: Contract Job Description – Responsibilities: A Senior Business Analyst for Salesforce programs responsible for Project Management, conducting Business Process Review, documenting the requirements, defining the acceptance criteria and coordinating with the development team. - A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce projects.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Prior experience of working on Media & Entertainment projects is a must.
- Prior experience driving business process discovery, conducting requirement gathering workshops.
- Experience working on Agile projects and managing Scrum calls.
- Experience calculating and tracking sprint wise user story points.
- Candidate should possess strong communication skills, interpersonal skills.
- Experience writing User Stories and defining Acceptance criteria.
- Experience preparing wire frames and preparing Business Requirement Documents.
- Experience performing functional testing.
- Experience doing demos, trainings and managing UAT.
- Salesforce Admin certification preferred.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence.
