Oracle ERP Implementations, Creating Requirements documents, designing functional specs, Testing
Aid in implementing our new Cloud based ERP solution, specifically in support of Order and Inventory Management.
Including partnering with our SI partner, other technology teams and internal SMEs.
Understanding of Cloud architecture integrations and legacy third party systems
Documenting technology improvements, business process changes, and module implementations /customizations/enhancements
Work with fellow associates to understand the real-life process and data challenges and discover what they need to create a seamless customer experience and an efficient associate experience.
Collaborate with colleagues in product design, product management, systems architecture, and various operational and technical teams to develop solutions and bring great ideas to life.
Ability to aid with the building of requirements, design and function specs, and testing
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience is required.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience including ERP implementations.
- 2+ years of experience in a BSA role, helping document business requirements and translate to technical team
- 2+ years' experience with inbound/outbound integrations with Oracle
- Experience in implementation and support of Oracle ERP cloud, specific to SCM modules
- Experience in supporting business/tech users during user/system testing
- Experience in Cloud ERP Implementations
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands on experience managing PaaS/SaaS integration tool suites
- Running agile ceremonies, Kanban boards, etc
- Experience with REST, SOAP API, and web microservices technology
- SQL language proficiency with at least one of the common database platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and/or DB2 database management systems
