Summary:
Provides support and assistance to technology team serving as a liaison between business and technology to translate strategic and tactical objectives into workable solutions.
Responsibilities for this position will include the following:
* Works on small projects or as a team member on larger information technology projects typically under direction of a more senior business analysts.
* Assists in capturing analyzing and documenting business and end user requirements.
* Assists in identifying and implementing solutions, performing cost-benefit analyses and measuring results.
* Assists in the preparation of the testing strategy and testing the execution plan.
* Gathers, analyzes, and documents current practices, workflows, and business needs to identify efficiencies, alternatives, and gaps.
* As part of the team, ensures that technical and content specifications cover all program specifications.
* Participates in ensuring positive relationships with other company functions involved in the intake process.
Position Requirements:
* A Bachelors' Degree is required.
* While it's not a requirement, it would be great to see candidates with SAFe Agile training or certification in.
* This manager is seeking candidates with a minimum of two years' experience in a business setting. The new hire coming in needs to be able to hit ground running.
* Lean Agile-SAFe implementation experience, and/or Product Owner experience is preferred.
