Primary Skills:
- Overall 6+ years of experience in developing solutions and recommending strategies to key business stakeholders
- At least 3+ years of experience in Data science machine learning and deep learning algorithms
- Should have Azure Data / cloud knowledge
- Should have experience in BFSI and marketing domain knowledge
- Extensive skills in Python, PySpark, Tensorflow or Pytorch, Statistical modelling, Deep understanding of ML & Deep learning , Flask or Django framework, MLOPs and recommended systemsStrong sql and database knowledge in Mysql or Mongodb
- Should have probability and statistical understandings
- Experience in Pandas, numPy, MatPlotlib, Seaborn, sklearn is preferred
- Banking and Marketing Analytical experience is a must.
- Performing Data mining and statistical analysis, including predictive modeling to develop marketing strategies, identify target populations that improves customer base and increase business performance.
- Formulate coordinated analytical approach to mine Data sources, employ statistical methods, machine learning & deep learning algorithms to discover actionable insights and automate process for reducing effort and time for repeated use.
- High agility to be able to work across various business domains and divisions (banking, Insurance and Mortgage etc.,)"
Responsibilities:
- Fetching information from various data sources, pre-process and deriving insight from data using open source programming.
- Developing machine learning, Deep learning models and fine tuning to meet the business expectations.
- Integrating and deploying ML into production level code.
- Execute exploratory data analysis, pre-processing, cleansing and validating the integrity of data.
- Understand the marketing domain for banking and financial industries and apply knowledge of data analytics to derive customer insights.
- Perform ongoing analysis to evaluate the current marketing campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with various business, data and domain stakeholders to create solutions and drive results.
- Support reporting and business intelligence needs of the entire Marketing team.
- Design, run and analyze A/B testing and multivariate hypothesis tests sought at optimizing customer and Marketing experience.
- Articulate solutions/recommendations to business users. Works with team member to present analytical content concisely and effectively. Develop automation for repeatedly refreshing analysis and generating insights.
- Understand Banking and financial data sources including customers, sales, promotions, social media and Real-World Evidence.
- Project manages own tasks and works with allied team members; plans proactively, anticipates and actively manages change, meets stakeholder expectations as required.
