1.Sr Data Engineer
Location- Houston (remote for now)
Client requires to onboard specific data quality rules in Snowflake to allow for the critical data elements and consumer needs to be met successfully. They need a Data Quality Analyst to help create these rules and get them implemented in IDQ. They will also test the output and results to ensure they look correct
Scope
· Using existing technology solutions, Informatica.
· Create automated data profiling, data quality asset score carding, business and technical rule development processes
· Develop rules for a sample subset of Invesco data assets (specifically – ANG and C&PR)
· Train internal resources on Informatica data quality toolset usage and data quality process
Skills Required:
• IDQ tool, SQL, data quality or data governance is helpful
• Analyze and interpret data, producing clear and compelling reports for different audiences.
• Convert business requirements to technical requirements for implementation.
• Strong data analysis skills across multiple source systems of various formats.
• Proficiency in programming languages, including Structured Query Language (SQL) and JavaScript.
• Data analysis experience preferred
• Experience with the data quality pillars and types of rules
• Ability to test and understand data quality outputs and analyze if rules are working as expected

· You have worked in a fast-paced agile software development environment with continuous integration and continuous delivery tools and understand how to deliver using an acceptance test-driven development (ATDD) approach.
· You have experience building enterprise cloud-enabled distributed systems.
· You know the legacy monolithic architecture and how to convert to a microservice-based architecture.
· You will provide technical and organizational leadership and are quick to establish and leverage relationships to deliver excellent results.
· You will provide guidance and mentor team members.
· You are committed to collaborative problem solving and communication additional requirement
· Experience in designing and building microservices using Springboot.
· Experience in writing test cases in Spock groovy framework.
· Experience in Kinesis streams and Apache Kafka.
· Experience in data platforms (relational and NoSQL).
