Position 1#: SAP TAX (Remote) 4+ Months Primary Scope: - Subject Matter Expert for indirect tax processes
- Conceptualize and align with other teams on solutions for end-to-end tax processes including design, documentation, configuration, testing, basic debug, cutover and Hypercare
- SAP tax and tax engine configuration including entity setup and tax assist rules
- Lead and collaborate with a cross-functional team of Tax, Finance and other IT team members to deliver a scalable solution as per timeline
- Manage and participate in multiple projects from different workstreams; manage effectively through conflicts in a dynamic, fast-pacing environment
- Document and conduct Knowledge transfer sessions for support teams
Requirements / Primary Tasks: - Minimum 8 years of experience designing and configuring SAP indirect tax processes for jurisdiction and VAT based regions such as tax procedures, tax codes and GL mapping, automatic postings, reconciliation, plant abroad, and customizations
- Minimum 5 years of experience working on SAP integration with a third-party tax engine such as Vertex, Avalara, ONESOURCE or similar for automated tax calculations and faster reporting
- Minimum 3 years of experience working on indirect tax processes for digital and retail channels
- Expert in data mapping, data analysis and designing tax reporting requirements globally
- Basic knowledge of Unix, Informatica, and SQL is must
- End-to-end S4 implementation experience is must
- S4 Fashion experience is a huge plus
Position 2#: SAP RTR FUNCTIONAL (Remote) 4+ Months Primary Scope: - Subject Matter Expert for SAP FICO integration with Retail and Ecommerce channels
- Manage design, develop, unit test, basic debug, coordinate UAT, cutover and hypercare for SAP Retail Accounting area
- Conceptualize the solution and get alignment from business and other IT teams
- Lead and collaborate with a cross-functional team of Retail, Ecommerce, Finance and other IT team members to deliver a scalable solution as per timeline
- Manage and participate in multiple projects from different workstreams; manage effectively through conflicts in a dynamic, fast-pacing environment
- Document and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for support teams upon completion of project
Requirements / Primary Tasks: - Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP FICO design and configuration for digital and retail channels, and OTC integration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in integrating ecom channels with SAP FICO – design, data mapping and reconciliation, retail accounting configuration
- In-depth knowledge of core processes within RTR including data integration and reporting requirements for a publicly traded global company; in-depth design and functional knowledge of given RTR area
- Subject Matter Expert for retail accounting processes, knowledge of sales tax processes for digital and retail channels a must
- Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging
- Ability to participate and lead multiple cross-functional project teams including business and technical stakeholders
- Prior project management experience is a plus
- Understanding of a third-party tax engine is a plus
- Outstanding organizational skills, ability to communicate and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders at all levels

Position 3#: SAP OTC FUNCTIONAL (Remote) 4+ Months Primary Scope: - Subject Matter Expert for SAP Order to Cash (OTC) in the areas of Retail and Ecommerce
- Partner with Business and IT stakeholders to document business requirements and design for SAP and its integrations
- Complete Configuration and Functional Specification documents, and partner with Developers to develop system solutions
- Manage and support Testing, Production Deployment, Hypercare, and Knowledge Transfer activities
- Lead other team members to deliver a scalable solution as per timeline
Requirements / Primary Tasks: - Minimum of 8 years of SAP OTC functional experience in Digital and Retail channels
- Minimum of 5 years of SAP OTC functional experience with Ecommerce channels
- Experience with SAP FICO integrations
- Experience with SAP integrations with other systems (IDOCs, Batch processing)
- Ability to lead other consultants on the team
- Ability to participate and lead multiple cross-functional project teams including business and technical stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of ABAP, and ABAP debugging
- Outstanding organizational skills, ability to communicate and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders at all levels

- Document Business requirements required to support the project
- Document Functional Specifications required to develop solution design and gain sign-off from key stakeholders
- Develop test scenarios, scripts, and partner with Development team, project SMEs, Functional, and UAT teams to complete testing of programs and integrations
- Assist in deploying the solution
- Develop knowledge transition plan to train the support team and provide hypercare support for the deployed solution
