Job 1:
Role: RPA (UiPath) CoE Lead BA
Work location: ELKHART, IN (initially remote)
Contract: 6 months (will be extended)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Over all 8-12 years of IT experience, with 5+ years' experience in playing the role of a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) out of which 2-3 years of Min Exp using RPA (UiPath preferred) as a technology.
▪ Serve as the RPA COE technical interface with Organization IT.
▪ Review code for compliance and reuse and verify code complies with RPA architectural standards.
▪ Maintain the RPA Object Library.
▪ Supports automation opportunity identification and assessment activities.
▪ Lead problem identification/error resolution process, including tracking, repairing and reporting defects.
▪ Maintain/monitor RPA environments (Dev/Test/Prod).
▪ Maintain RPA object library.
* (Must have) Excellent understanding of business processes such as Finance, Supply chain, HR etc., with strong grasp of the underlying processes such as O2C, P2P, GL, AR, AP etc., in Finance, and the likes in SCM, HR etc.,
* A strong RPA Business Analyst, who has designed RPAs based solutions in the past using UiPath/ Automation Anywhere/ BP.
* Responsibility of RPA SME & BSA will be to partner with IT Product managers and business users to develop end to end understanding of their process and map them into RPA based solutions - Hands-on experience on building and designing automation with input/output criteria, logic, error handling, scenarios etc. -
* Determine/Initiate access or storage prerequisites for the automation with IT/Business owners - Perform knowledge share with RPA Developer to ensure design and requirements are met - SAP experience will be added advantage. -
* Create test cases, data sets for unit, unit testing and business reviews - Facilitate business reviews and walkthrough with end users -
* Follow change control processes to ensure appropriate approvals are procured for production deployment - Coordinate testing and Sign-off from business users - Facilitate resolution of critical issues in production as needed

Job 2:
Role: Oracle Apps DBA
Location: IRVING (US:75063), TX/ Remote.
Contract : 6 months (will be extended)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Oracle 12c and 19c Database including Oracle RAC and Oracle Data Guard
• Oracle 12.1 and 12.2 EBS Applications DBA
• Fusion Middleware Suite knowledge
• Knowledge of Oracle Golden Gate and ORDS
• Oracle EBS PaaS solutions knowledge
• Provide database administration support, including modifications to application production and pre-production databases. Perform schema changes and conversion of the production database during application upgrades and go-lives.
• Maintain databases, clusters and replications for pre-production, productions, and backup; ensure current application upgrades and releases are timely.
• Provide database metrics, such as growth and usage of capabilities, and recommend new capabilities as needed.
• Responsible for all aspects of Application database administration including configuration, autoconfig, product upgrades, capacity planning, backup and recovery.
• Support change management including maintenance across multiple environments and deploying approved patches.
• Responsible for evaluating patching requests, communicating constraints, issues and timelines for deployment.

• Support security/SOX Audit Reporting and provide input and recommendations.
• Provide production and operational support including pro-active database monitoring, issue resolution and on call duties.
