We are looking for UX DESIGN - Remote with one of our client.

Job Description:

 

 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Have a robust understanding of the design process and its application. Drive creative brainstorm
• sessions and ideation workshops
• Support new business initiatives and work with a cross-disciplinary team to help define and

execute concept direction to meet the clients’ business needs

• You may need to work closely with client’s team that may include Product Owners,

Delivery managers, Product Designers

• Identify customer needs and requirements by working closely with internal and external

stakeholder

• Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction diagrams, pattern libraries, and user flows to convey

the design

• Analyze existing systems and understand new needs of the business and target audience
• Support User research activities like user interviews, usability tests and provide actionable reports

summarizing results

• Document discussions, key design decisions, concepts and the finalized scope
• Coordinate design activities with all artistic and creative departments to ensure that deadlines are

met and project goals are achieved

• Lead by example, inspiring others with the quality of your own work, your ability to clearly

articulate your vision and design decisions

• Presenting work to internal teams and clients, encouraging collaborative dialogue and building

consensus around solutions

• Contribute to the development of design best practices and design systems
• Senior Designer, User Experience

 

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Masters/Bachelors degree in design discipline or At least 3+ years of experience working as a
• User Experience designer
• 3-5 years of industry experience
• An online portfolio showcasing latest projects (school/live). Share password if protected or be
• willing to showcase the work during the interview
• Candidates must have working knowledge of basic user-centered design methods and techniques
• Solid communication skills
• Proficiency with tools such as Sketch, Figma, Axure, Adobe XD, etc.
• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams to achieve team goal
• Good to have candidate who has Visual Designing or Interface Designing or Industrial Design or Anthrpology experience
