: | Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin (needs to be in office 3 days a week) Experienced waterfall PM with ERP implementation experience (Oracle ERP preferred) Here are some key responsibilities for this individual. - Lead project from planning to completion through project life cycle while meeting scope, schedule, and resource targets and achieving the desired business outcomes
- Create and manage all project management tasks and responsibilities including scope, time, cost, risk and quality management
- Maintain complete control of project schedules, project resources, budget, and risk issues while facilitating timely discussions and decisions to identify project risks
- Lead meetings between stakeholders, resources, manager and executives
- Act as primary interface regarding deliverables, changes, and sign-off on status and requirements
- Facilitate communication across teams and communicate updates to the leadership and Project Sponsors
- Ensure project requirements are met, the scope is managed, and milestones deliverables are met
- Conduct various reviews and sign/off workshops
