Detailed Job Description:
The Program Manager will oversee this entire conversion of the apps listed in section 2.1 and the Technical Project Managers. The Program Manager will ensure Planview PPM, Teams Folder, and SharePoint Folders are updated throughout the program.
Technical Project Managers will be responsible manage and tracking the following activities apart from general PM and reporting to stakeholders. Will also guide (non-tech) PMs involved as needed.
• The Project Manager should oversee the provisioning of new servers, hardware,
software/application installations, engage vendor/SMEs/BAs/Testers for application migration,
testing and production releases, etc.
• Along with project planning and tracking, PM should ensure Planview PPM, relevant reports in
the client network is updated throughout the program

Facilitate collaboration sessions among BA, Testing, Customer SMEs, Vendor PoC, and Collaborate with Test Manager to ensure Test Strategy, Plan and RTM, etc. are delivered.
