Business Process Expertise in the Digital Marketing
Functional knowledge of Adobe eCommerce Magento is a plus
Understanding of the development deployment processes in an AEM environment
Knowledge of authoring processes for webpages using AEM
Functional Competencies
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology.
IT savvy, adept at designing and implementing
Fluent written and verbal English skills
Good eye for detail and quality
Good at communication and presentation skills.
A team player
Tools: JIRA, Jenkins, Confluence
Contribute functional/technical knowledge and skills to the squad allowing the squad to turn user stories into working software to optimize business experience.
As member of the squad, be responsible for the overall functionality, quality, performance, security of the Products in scope of the Squad.
Translate business requirements, in form of user stories, into IT solutions to optimize business experience.
Analyze problems and makes sure that the problems are solved within the SLA and to the satisfaction of the user.
Collaborate with Product Owner and other agile team members to craft clear user stories, design tests for prototypes and products, and continuously deliver product enhancements in sprints.
Be the trusted advisor for Product Owner and other business stakeholders for the Product area.
Develop and provide required user training for the implemented application.
Daily collaborate/align at functional level with involved suppliers in his/her domain.
Proactively share knowledge and experiences in Guilds, with colleagues from own and other squad with a similar technical and / or functional focus.
Key Challenges & Complexity:
You are required to also build-up knowledge on integration aspects with other components in your domain and outside your domain e.g., Product Information Management (STEP), eCommerce system (Magento).
