Qualifications: - 8+ years of Infrastructure operational delivery experience
- 5+ years managing collaboration technologies: Microsoft O365 tenant management, Messaging, Teams, SharePoint, One-Drive, DocuShare, and Xerox printing.
- Understanding of agile and other development processes and methodologies
Skills, Capabilities, Soft Skills: - Technical understanding of: Microsoft O365, email, Teams, SharePoint, One-Drive, DocuShare, and Intune, Cisco Ironport, Xerox printing.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, both in technical and non-technical arenas
- Adept at learning and applying new technologies and solving new problems
- A problem-solving attitude with an ability to motivate the team to redefine processes as the need arises.
- Comfortable with change in a fast-moving environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work quickly and effectively in demanding situations.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in design and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- Experience working with outsourcing service providers
