Business Analyst with Telecom OSS/BSS | Remote

Title: Business Analyst with OSS/BSS Contract C2C: 12+ Months Location: Plano, TX   Job Description: 8+ year’s Telecom OSS/BSS experience must have. Gather information on our customer’s telephony and electronic health record structures in order to best service their needs Document customer information and unique needs to share with the account management team As the telecom SME, maintain up-to-date knowledge, skills, and internal documentation as the telephony industry changes, informing and educating colleagues along the way Demonstrate experience in systems evaluation such as identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system. Demonstrate experience with program management. Demonstrate experience with IT and systems lifecycle management. Demonstrate experience with change and release management. Demonstrate experience with process improvement such as analyzing functions, requirements, or existing capabilities and shortfalls.
