| 10+ years of advanced working skills with Oracle Applications (E-Business Suite) R12 in AR, GL, OM, INV, SLA, WSH and PO modules. Extensive knowledge of and experience with designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle EBS Advanced experience developing and writing requirements according to standard templates including data needs and business rules. Participates and supports the creation of a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements. Communicate business needs of the project to the technical team. Ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences, both business and technical, proven ability to develop and maintain system documentation Experience training/instructing end users on the use of software applications Experience authoring or contributing to software-related documentation such as requirements specifications, design documents, technical manuals, and user manuals Huge Plus: Experience in IT programs/project delivery in Insurance or Financial services, specific experience in Insurance core systems transformations |
