Title: Genesys Cloud API Expert
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Interview: Phone & Skype
Work Auth: USC/GC/TN/EAD-GC/H4/L2/OPT Only
- Client is working on a large migration to Genesys from their existing Cisco collaboration platform.
- Skillset Required:
- Genesys Cloud API Expert
- Migrating Genesys Connect to Genesys Cloud (Email, outbound, chat, video, etc.)
- API Data Background – enriching the caller experience with data
- Dev experience, App experience, Contact Center experience
- Write an app, write script, write call out, etc.
- High frequency outbound activity – client does about 2,000,000 outbound calls per day
- Custom Development – Need to add to the team with Genesys connect, Genesys cloud background – Webchat, 911 Dialing, IVR for inbound, Outbound Dialers
- Natural Language & Inbound AI Activity – Not using much.
- Needs to know how to consume information and how to manipulate it.
- Eventually will need this team member to be a day-to-day team member who can do day-to-day tasks and cloud migration projects.
