Job Title – Azure Devops Engineer

Experience Required – 5+Years

Duration – Long term Contract

Location – Redmond, WA

 

 

Job Description:

 

1.           Azure DevOps (ADO)

2.           Azure Resource Manager (ARM) and Azure Resource Provider (RP)

3.           Azure Hybrid-AKS

4.           Azure Geneva Jarvis

5.           Operating K8s infrastructure and cloud native services

6.           Kubectl, capi, coredns, containerd, docker

7.           High Performance: VRRP, SR-IOV, HPC, performance optimization

8.           Network virtualization (hypervisors, virtual machine switching)

9.           Network virtualization (NVGRE, VXLAN)

 

Working knowledge of:

 

•            Linux system administration (Mariner preferred)

•            REST and Transport security

•            Hardware diagnosis and repair

•            Calico

•            OVS

•            Libvirt

•            Network Protocols and Infrastructure

•            TCP IP

•            Network hardware capabilities: NICs, switches, routers

•            Switching and routing protocols

•            Load balancing

•            CNI (Container Networking Interface)

•            RDMA

•            Network Hardware platforms (such as Arista, Cisco, Juniper) with knowledge of:

•            BGP

•            MPLS

•            VLANs

•            Packet mirroring

•            Host network offloads

•            User space network technologies: DPDK, eBPF

•            Change Management Principals

•            Operations Support Principals
