- Serves as Subject matter expert/ Technical architect
- Knowledge and understanding od application software design patterns
- Good knowledge of either sales cloud, service cloud, Health cloud ( should be strong at least on one of product)
- Technical certification must
- Experience on integration technologies would be a plus ( example: MuleSoft)
- Experience working on supporting salesforce.com applications preferably based on service cloud or health cloud
- Any experience on Lightening components – not mandatory
- Have good development experience in the past, no coding will be part of the role, this is pure play Architect role.
