Duration:12+ Months
Location:Trenton, New Jersey,Job description:
- MUST Have min of 5 years of Agile coach experience.
- Understands various Agile Metrics, Effective use of Burn-up and Burn-Down Chart, WIP, Cumulative flow and other Agile Metrics
- Excellent educating, training and coaching skills
- Must have IT domain knowledge
- Ability to lead through influence, negotiate and gain consensus between various team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology/Systems, related field, or equivalent experience
