1. Position Title: Adobe AEM Lead Developer

Location: Milpitas, CA/Remote

Type of Position: Long Term Contract 

 Job Description:-

10 + Years IT Exp.

Adobe AEM Lead Developer with strong Java/J2EE coding and analysis skills.

    .    6+ years of AEM/CQ5 experience with 3+ full cycle AEM projects and at least two years in Web experience.

    .    Solid experience with AEM6.5 building blocks including templates, components, dialogs widgets and bundles.

    .    Experience with Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework, and DAM.

    .    Ability to traverse levels of java code to determine/execute appropriate solution(s).

    .    Experience with integrating AEM with other products and vendors.

    .    Experience with Continuous Integration and related tools (Jenkins/CruiseControl/Maven/GitHub).

    .    Strong sense of ownership and accountability with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes that balance technical and business goals

    .    Broad web and digital knowledge, an aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving as well as mentoring/guiding other members of the team.

2. Java Ecommerce Architect

Long Contract

Location-Remote

 Job description:

• 10+ yrs experience working in Java & J2EE stack including Spring Framework and web services.
• Must have some significant years of experience in Retail/E-commerce domain.
• Must have experience in Microservices and Rest API's.
• Implementation of omnichannel eCommerce platform using microservices (Java).
• Should have domain knowledge of eCommerce end-to-end. Cart and Checkout experience will be huge plus.
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) - preferably AWS.
• Good communications skills, both verbal and written - for building relationships, managing stakeholders, working with clients and delivery teams.

 

 

3. Digital Commerce Project Manager

Location: San Ramon, CA (Remote)

Duration: 6-12 months

 Exp-10+ years

 

Summary:

We are seeking a senior technical Project Manager, who will be primarily responsible for effectively and efficiently managing projects that address upgrading our web site experience to enable and drive consultant Loyalty goals. S/he will drive all the phases, from discovery through stabilization, in adherence to Rodan + Fields internal Project governance processes; and will work with the business and digital teams, external consultants and vendors to produce all the relevant project artifacts leading to a successful implementation.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing programs with varying degrees of complexity with demonstrated affinity to digital commerce. She/he will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent written and oral communication skills. The ability to multi-task, manage many moving parts with an attention to detail and drive projects forward under pressure, along with commitment and passion for this work is essential.

Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for managing all aspects of the project through its life cycle
• Lead and deliver project ideation and planning deliverables
• Manage a team of diverse functional and technical skills throughout the execution phase working closely with product managers, engineering leads and scrum masters
• Develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and monitor progress toward goals
• Drive timely decisions by key stakeholders regarding scope, schedule, and costs/benefits
• Establish project budget and work with the project, vendor and Finance teams to ensure costs are tracked and reflected in the forecasts accurately
• Work with the team-leads to resolve people problems and project roadblocks
• Maintain team data in project management software like Jira & Confluence to support execution
• Provide senior management with visibility into project progress, while supporting effective decision-making, approvals, and direction in a consistent manner
• Supports product owner(s) with intra-team dynamics with respect to priorities and scope
• Other duties as needed

 

Skills and Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• Senior-level resource who has experience in leading digital commerce projects in an agile environment (ideally 10+ yrs. of project management, 4+ yrs. of Agile experience)
• Certification in scrum master, preferred
• Mastery of using project management tools like Microsoft Project or Google Smartsheet
• Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment
• Deep understanding of the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile procedures to predict the development teams' needs
• Passionate commitment to delivering products on time
• Comfortable with presenting project readouts to Executive level audience
• Comfortable managing remote teams (Onshore & Offshore) with excellent communicator in person, over the phone and through email
• Self-motivated, organized
