12-15 years of experience as a Project Manager
Experience in Cloud Migration Projects (Azure/AWS)
Handle various responsibilities like planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing all aspect of the project.
Participate and drive scoping and technical requirements gathering sessions with client stake holders
Lead projects and team and execute the Cloud migration project to a successful closure
Experience in Agile and Scrum
Ensuring there is no schedule and cost variances for the projects
Support estimating effort required for Modernizing and migration of applications / infrastructure on to cloud environments including but not limited to rehost, refactor, redesign
Conduct reviews with stake holders both from onshore and offshore and get signoff
Guide and manage project delivery per the solution designed for migration and/or modernization
Support with forecasting and validate of resource needs and availability based on the requirements of the opportunity/demand
Create staffing requirements based on the win probability and coordinate with resource managers for staffing.
Work both independently or in a team-oriented, collaborative environment based on the project requirements
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
