Role::project Manager - Corporate Real Estate & Development
Location:::Austin, San Diego, Culver City, Raleigh, Seattle
Job Description:
We're looking for a Project Manager - a dynamic individual contributor will tailor IT solutions to specific business needs and
defining their functional requirements and stages of implementation. This role will be within the Real Estate and
Development team and will engage with business partners to gather requirements, develop strategic roadmaps and
implementation plans for business critical technology.
Additionally, In this role you'll be the primary point of contact between our Real Estate and Development users and the
engineering/development teams responsible for implementation to ensure a successful scoping, review, implementation,
rollout and support of numerous business applications.
Apple Experience is preferred but not required
Key Qualifications::
3 - 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager, Product Manager, Program Manager or equivalent in technology
Excellent analytical and data analysis skills
Excellent communication & presentation skills (both written and verbal)
Detail oriented with a strong attention to detail
Has managed mid-size to large technology projects
Experience in leading ideation workshops, governance best practices, strategic roadmap, project execution and
change management
Strong investigative, analytical and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work independently or as a
part of a team
Able to serve as a liaison between both business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill
both strategic and operational needs
Proven experience in proactively identifying risks and driving action to mitigate and resolve issues.
Experience with Excel, Keynote and Numbers
Collaborate with Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, Engineering Lead to provide project scoping requirements,
timeline, and deliverables
Description
You will manage the technology roadmap, scoping and implementation of critical business applications within Real Estate
and Development
You will be the liaison between Real Estate and Development business units and our Corporate IT teams
Manage technology projects to ensure they stay on schedule and within scope
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
