What you'll be doing:
The Contractor Consultant within Contact Center Services ("CCS") is a Senior level Professional Services Consultant focused on implementing Genesys Multimedia Contact Center Technologies with the expectation of exercising considerable judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation for obtaining client results. In this role, you will frequently work with the Client base to identify business problems and create solutions that may require custom design and development. You will be viewed by the Client as a subject matter expert responsible for consulting related to the implementation of complex contact center solutions involving the Genesys suite of products. A Consultant has strong interpersonal and technical skills and a comprehensive understanding of Contact Center related technologies as well as their interdependencies
The Consultant will use the compelling assets of *** to identify, build and deploy complex, integrated multimedia solutions, including:
. Leading projects that are small to large in nature based on scope and revenue potential across all vertical markets
. Supporting client-facing opportunities by leading on-site collaboration with client business, technical and operations departments
. Collaborating with the client to align business requirements in the SOW to the technical architecture proposed; probes to determine the potential impact of custom solutions to address the business issue
Basic Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience
. Six or more years of demonstrated (reference able) professional consulting, implementation and solutions implementation experience with a specific focus on Genesys multi-media based solutions.
. Demonstrated ability to lead and drive an implementation from discovery through production rollout.
. One or more Genesys v7 or Genesys v8 certifications such as GCP-CIV, GCP-DIV, GCP-CSIP or GCP-GVP.
. Proven experience in implementation of highly available Genesys solutions.
. Strong presentation and communications skills appropriate for multiple levels of an organization.
. Familiarity with implementation principles, theories and concepts; specifically the Software Development Lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications:
. Experience within the Healthcare and Financial industries.
. Experience with one or more of the following technologies (Verint, NICE, Aspect WFM, Empirix, Nuance).
. Experience with middleware components and how they relate to Genesys technologies
