Title: District Coordinator

Location: New York, NY 


 

Role Objective

Our client has multiple locations in New York City; and our Field Operations team is tasked with inventorying the client's IT related assets. As a District Coordinator, you will liaise with our client to schedule appointments for the Field Operations team to visit the client's locations and assist them with scheduling related issues, while providing excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

.             Coordinate visits to client sites, accordingly, confirming client availability and access to asset inventory.

.             Ask the client a series prefilled questions and share feedback with the operations team.

.             Create and maintain a comprehensive schedule for the Field Operations team based on the client's availability.

.             Provide a clear channel of communications between the Field Operations team and the client and be the point-of-contact for all inquiries between the two parties.

.             Create and maintain computer files and records.

.             Work cooperatively with all team members and assist each other in achieving the team's objectives.

.             Other duties as assigned.

Essential Knowledge & Experience

.             Excellent oral communication and written skills coupled with a customer service orientation.

.             Proficient-level experience with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Outlook and Teams).

.             Working knowledge of a CRM, ERP or a scheduling tool is a plus.

Key Requirements

.             Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or its equivalent.

.             Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and adhere to CDC COVID-19 guidelines.
