- Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations
- Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow for SACM (Service Asset & Configuration) modules
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience on ServiceNow Discovery and integrations like SCCM
- Create and manage scripts and workflow.
- A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL and CMDB
- System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
- Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system Responsibilities required for Role:
- The IT CMDB Analyst is responsible for administering and executing the configuration management process ¿ Ensuring CMDB data integrity. This role works closely with the IT Service Now System Admin and all process owners within IT.
- Expert knowledge of IT Configuration and Asset Management processes.
- Implement, monitor and govern CMDB data governance rules, KPIs/KRIs, SLAs · Document maintain and update policies, procedures
