Job Description:- Minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in contact center, customer service, service desk & IT industry. Must have strong logical reasoning & decision-making skills. Able to build relationship with customers, executive management & other stakeholders. Identify & resolve problems. Prioritize responsibilities & organize workload to meet deadlines Planning & project oversight management skills Candidates with ITIL certification ( this is MUST) Role Expectations: Incident analysis for early detection of problems that must be proactively resolved permanently. We need regular qualitative surveys at the department levels to solicit comprehensive customer feedback. Departmental SNOW dashboards regarding services received by each department (tickets, time to resolve, most common issues, laptop age profile, service improvements underwayetc) Meetings with departments to review dashboard reports on regular basis and making sure overall satisfaction of services is improved
