Required Skills:
· Experience with custom scoped ServiceNow application development, including UI Builder experience (highly desired Custom Service Portal widget creation)
· Experience developing and customizing core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
· Experience working and developing with JavaScript - HTML5 frameworks (e.g. Angular).
· Experience leading and mentoring Junior ServiceNow team members and coach new delivery team.
· Experience with IntegrationHub to integrate with various systems/technologies (REST, JSON, ProtoBuff, etc.)
· Experience with unit and functional test automation, proficient with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
· Experience integrating ServiceNow with AWS (SQ/NS, REST APIs), Integration Platform such as Boomi is strongly preferred.
· ServiceNow Developer Certification is strongly preferred.
· Must be a strong communicator with proven ability to work as part of a cohesive team.
· Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
Preferred Skills (especially for Senior Developer):
· Experience with design and development of complex Enterprise applications from ground up.
· Experience with administration of a ServiceNow instance including the management of users, groups, and roles, CMS Development, ACLs, business rules, workflows, UI actions, UI policies, dictionary, and catalog items Orchestration and Discovery.
· Experience rebuilding and refactoring legacy applications in ServiceNow.
· Experience conducting ServiceNow instance upgrades.
· Prior experience with programming languages such as C#, Python, Java, C/C++, etc.
· Experience leading and mentoring Junior ServiceNow team members and coach new delivery team.
Responsibilities:
· Help define application capabilities, system scope and objectives.
· Actively participate in scrum team ceremonies (standups, story definition/grooming, retro, demos, etc.).
· Write code, test, debug, and create technical documentation as part of the application delivery.
· Understand the business or function for which the application is designed.
· Instruct, direct, and check the work of other technical team members.
· Develop front-end portal, back-end console and services applications.
