Job Title: Sr Associate – PMO(Compliance, Risk, Audit - IT Audit Consultant)
Location: New York
Duration: Longterm Contract
Experience on Complex Excel experience (vlookups, formulas, etc.), powerpoint, confluence, EPIC stories, etc
Role:
Support the PMO team in managing 30+ concurrent reviews/gap analysis.
Responsibilities include: perform PMO duties such as identifying tasks and keeping track of tasks needed to complete the reviews.
Prepare reports by utilizing multiple sources such as excel tracking sheet, JIRA board, confluence page, and team status on a weekly and monthly basis.
Articulate the end-to-end review/process to product owners and the prerequisites needed before interfacing with the review team.
• Strong Project Management Experience/PMP Certification a plus
o Experience managing and running a large/complex project. Able to articulate leading PMO practices.
o Experience with reporting status, roadblocks, challenges to senior management. Ability to create .ppt reports and write salient points/exec summary.
o Able to manage a timeline and work with stakeholders to drive towards project completion.
• Proficiency with JIRA
o Ability to set up Epics and JIRA stories to manage issue reporting.
o Able to extract data from a Kanban board and report # of issues by workstream, types of issues, trending analysis.
o Capable of working with the work stream leads to help ensure that the JIRA board is being populated completely, accurately and timely. Able to manage the JIRA data.
• Proficiency with Confluence
o Ability to set up confluence pages to document project workstream status, minutes of the meetings and document upload for evidence received.
• Ability to keep track and follow-up on PMO items such as weekly, monthly reporting. What is needed for the weekly/monthly reports? Who are the different sources/people that will supply the data? Who are the stakeholders that will review/comment on the report? Who are the different escalations points.
