Role: Oracle Cloud ERP Applications Programmer Analyst
Location: Seminole, FL (Onsite from day one)
Duration: 18+ Months Contract
Job Description:
The Oracle Cloud ERP Applications Programmer Analyst will have a lot of senior management interface responsibility within the company. The role will also give the Oracle Cloud ERP Applications Programmer Analyst a lot of exposure to a wide range of business processes and the associated opportunity to pick up related skills.
In particular, the Oracle Cloud ERP Applications Programmer Analyst will:
- Support/lead Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and integration between shop floor functions and Oracle Cloud.
- Effectively communicate information to and productively interact with senior management and/or non-technical parties while operating efficiently cross-functionally in a global organization.
- Keep focus on the right tasks by determining the right priorities based on feedback from senior management.
- Build strong and collaborative partnerships with the business community
- Responsible for proactive action regarding Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, including researching known issues, testing key processes and configuration(s), and educating business on new functionality.
- Work with management and business users to identify report gaps, design report specifications, and test developed reports using OTBI or Analytics.
Qualifications/Experience Requirements:
- This individual must possess 8+ years of proven technical and functional experience with Oracle ERP with 2+ years in Oracle Cloud and at least one full implementation.
- Experience in a high-tech or discrete manufacturing environment preferred.
- Must possess expertise with Oracle Cloud related development tools and technologies, OCI, OIC, FDBI, APIs, custom/staging tables, screen setups, process rules, customizations, reporting/analytics and automation/scheduling.
- Good understanding of MS Access, Visual Basic and MS Excel.
- Solid functional experience in Solution Design, Configuration, Testing and Deployment of Oracle Cloud modules, including Discrete Manufacturing (BOM, WIP, Routings) Purchasing, MRP/planning, Inventory/WMS & Order Management. Good understanding Quality module around manufacturing/testing process of serialized products and related data collection (integration) from shop floor test stations (which are windows machines) into Oracle Cloud. Knowledge of serialization schemes & genealogy, and dropship process. Preferred: Working knowledge of windows DLLs. Familiarity with user profiles and data access setups.
- The candidate must possess strong creative problem solving and analytical skills, combined with the ability to apply business logic to development requirements.
- This role requires the individual be detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work efficiently and effectively under pressure in a deadline driven environment.
- This individual must possess excellent verbal and written English communications skills.
