We are looking forward to a profile with the following skills.
• Overall 10+ years of experience software industry with Experience in handling End to End
software delivery
• Facilitate requirement gathering interviews, conduct workshops, issue clarifications, review
documentation
• Participate in client discussions to gather scope information and perform analysis of the scope
information to provide inputs for project scoping documents
• Lead the estimation, review the estimates, and communicate to all the stakeholders
• Handle Monthly release cycles and manage the deployment playbook across multiple teams and
ensure a seamless release cycle.
• Supervise estimation, staffing analysis, and solutioning activities to prepare for solution delivery
of the proposal.
• Provide inputs to the architecture team through framework analysis, design patterns, prototype
specifications to be able to create high-level design specifications.
• Prepare a detailed project schedule, baseline the same, manage any changes to ensure on-time
delivery
• Participate in Strategic analysis and planning to lay the Roadmap at the client-side each financial
year.
• Manage project Roadmap based on program level priority
• Allocate work, track and review the project scope, schedule, quality, resource requirements,
costs, risks on a periodic basis and take corrective measures
• Perform Scrum ceremonies and Reports on Sprint/Team progress on a weekly basis to the
Executive team.
• Prepare resource plan including people, space, infrastructure, and liaison with required groups
to fulfill the required project resource requirements
• Coordinate tasks assigned to each Team member, set goals and targets, reviews outputs, provide
performance-based feedback to ensure that the deliverables are as per the required standards.
• Collaboration with different stakeholders
• Build formal and informal client relationships at the project level by engaging with them
regularly and being the SPOC to the customer on project-related activities, providing regular
reports, articulate business value, manage expectations.
• Manage several critical production releases, coordinating with multiple stakeholders globally.
Prepare playbooks, dependencies, and communication and stabilization plan
