- Experience in Web Analytics and visualization tools
- Must Expert in either of analytics tools Adobe Analytics (Omniture), Demandbase, ContentSquare
- Able to write conclusions by interpret/understand the data, trends.
- Good communication and Presentation skills
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Math
- Expert with Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate findings to both business and IT leaders in a way that can influence how an organization approaches a business challenge.
- Ability to communicate and co-ordinate with offshore team for requirements and deliveries.
- Strong Web Analytics domain experience
- Proven technical strength and creativity - the ability to think outside the box for technical solutions
- Strong cross-group collaboration and communication skills – ability to coordinate deliverables across teams
- Technical skills to ask the right questions and find the right answers & willingness to learn new skills
Excellent technical & analytical skills with strong business acumen
Desired Skills
- Experience in data mining/data analysis: be comfortable with statistics (percentiles, median, standard deviation, outliers, distributions) and draw insights/conclusions
- Excellent Analytics Insights and reporting based off COSMOS and MS SQL
- Knowledge of C#
- Experience in Google Analytics"
