Mobile Devops

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months with possible extension 

Required Experience: 8+ Years

Skills: Mobile DevOps, Mobile, CI/CD, iOS mobile applications and Android) Docker, programming and automation scripting, Groovy, Shell and Python, Swift, and the iOS SDK, UIKit

 Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Develop, support and maintain Mobile CI/CD frameworks for both iOS and Android to make it easier for developers to ship new features while maintaining a stable client for customers.

·         Train, evangelize, and mentor our engineering teams to raise the bar, increase DevOps maturity, and our ability to execute on the company's goals.

·         You will embrace continuous learning and foster this objective in others

·         Coordinate closely with the development teams, ensuring that they have the tools, know-how, and processes to achieve their goals

·         Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application development, deployment and operations

·         Ensure that the goals of performance, security, resilience, cost optimization, and operational

·         efficiency are an integral part of all of our projects.

. Eligibility:

·         3+ years of experience with iOS mobile application build processes and app stores.

·         3+ years of strong programming and automation experience – you believe you can automate everything

·         2+ years of experience in automation scripting for build and release processes using the scripting

·         languages Groovy, Shell and Python etc.

·         Up-to-date knowledge of Swift, and the iOS SDK and deep understanding of UIKit

·         2+ years of experience with Docker

·         Experience with provisioning profiles and cert management.

·         Fluent with git at the command line

·         Familiarity with swift, cocoapods or swift package manager for dependency management

·         Experience with provisioning profiles and cert management

·         Familiarity with build & release automation tools and methodologies such as Jenkins

·         Demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems within and across teams

·         Experience working in an iterative based development environment using Agile/SCRUM or Kanban

·         Self-starter with ability to lead processes and projects

·         Strong teamwork and collaborative skills, and able to interact and work with staff

·         at all levels.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Able to work independently and in a team environment.

·         Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
