Responsibilities: Regular communication of progress, write newsletters to large audience, put presentations together for management/leadership, set agent for meetings and drive regular cadence of meetings, and help with workshop material.
Key Skills: -Corporate communications-5+years experience in communications strategy development
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills-IT communications-SharePoint site content management-Graphics design exposure-Organize meetings and set agenda and provide updates on programs-help organize workshops -management slides, agenda, updates.-Savvy in CIO level updates presentations, MIRO/collaboration boards-Full Microsoft office suite, including, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint-Expert writer, editor and communicator-Creative and proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, including as a design tool-Experience with building and designing within Microsoft SharePoint-Ability to and experience with crafting organizational announcements, blogs, scripts and other communications content-Can create compelling visual content for presentations, newsletters, intranet and video-Ability to work in fast-paced environment-Strong self-starter with creative problem-solving skills-Resourceful, flexible, resilient, technology savvy and high comfort level with change POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :
