Position Name: DataStage Developer/Engineer

Location: King of Prussia, PA (Remote as of now)

Duration: 6-12 months

• 6-8 years of ETL tool experience using IBM Information Server (DataStage) 11.7/11.5/9.1x.
• Experience in designing and developing jobs using Data Stage Designer.
• Should be very good at writing complex SQL queries.
• Strong understanding of the Data Warehousing Techniques and Star/Snow flake models.
• Should have extensive working experience with different Data Sources like Netezza, Oracle Databases, XML, JSON
• Extensive experience working with Data Marts and Data Warehouses.
• Strong experience working with DataStage Hierarchical Stage
• Experience with DataStage job scheduling process using the Autosys, Control-M tools or any other scheduler.
• Strong experience in writing UNIX shell scripts for Data validations, Data cleansing, etc.
• Experience in writing technical specification documents, translating user requirements to technical specifications.
• Experience in agile methodologies is desirable.
• Exposure to Big Data technologies will be an added advantage.
