Job Description

Who are we looking for?

Technical Skills:

ØExperience ranging from 4-8 years mandatory.

ØProven experience in Java8, Spring boot, Micro services ØGood knowledge on Kafka and Cassandra ØExperience with Gemfire or any Java Caching techniques ØStrong experience in using RDBMS (Oracle). Cassandra Knowledge will be an added advantage ØExperience in working in Eclipse / Maven environments.

ØDemonstrate experience in using Cucumber.

ØHand’s on experience in Unix / Shell scripting.

ØHand’s on experience in fine tuning application response / performance testing.

ØExperience in Web Services.

ØUnderstanding of banking risk and compliances policies.

ØExperience in code scanning tools like black duck and tools like Sonar etc ØParticipate in design discussion with Wells Fargo architects.

ØProvide expertise on design, best practices, and implementation guidance to teams for building microservices ØRequirements Analysis & Understanding ØDetailed Design & Documentation ØCoordination with Technical SMEs, Development team ØCode Development, Unit Testing ØCode Reviews ØDay-to-day Development Tracking as per schedule ØCoordinate with QA, performance, and Deployment teams ØEnsuring delivery of quality work products by the developers Process Skills:

ØCapable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process ØDevelop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews) ØAbility to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.

Behavioral Skills:

ØResolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs ØParticipates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

ØEffectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction ØTrain and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
