Position: Informatica Application support

Skills:

  • Experience of ITIL process, Change management, Incident management and Problem Management.
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
  • Experience with the technologies listed below:
  • Informatica Application support
  • Unix shell scripting
  • CA ESP
  • SQL
  • Able to debug code ETL code issues in the event of failure.
  • Perform Daily Health checks related to server administration by manually or automated scripts or through monitoring tools.
  • Become Subject matter expert on production process and guide the team in the event of failure.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to provide feasible ETL solutions.
  • Participate in quarterly DR activity ensure systems are up and configured correctly as per RPO.
  • Experience in working in Agile project and good understanding of Agile process and methodology
  • Experience to BANKING domain would be good to have.
  • Good Analytical and Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
  • PowerShell scripting and automation knowledge is value add.
