Position: Informatica Application support Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: Long Term Client: Infosys Skills: - Experience of ITIL process, Change management, Incident management and Problem Management.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience with the technologies listed below:
- Informatica Application support
- Unix shell scripting
- CA ESP
- SQL
- Able to debug code ETL code issues in the event of failure.
- Perform Daily Health checks related to server administration by manually or automated scripts or through monitoring tools.
- Become Subject matter expert on production process and guide the team in the event of failure.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to provide feasible ETL solutions.
- Participate in quarterly DR activity ensure systems are up and configured correctly as per RPO.
- Experience in working in Agile project and good understanding of Agile process and methodology
- Experience to BANKING domain would be good to have.
- Good Analytical and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- PowerShell scripting and automation knowledge is value add.
