Role: Pega LSA – Pega Lead System Architect
Remote
Looking for a skilled Pega LSA 8 - 10 yrs experience to design and develop enterprise-level Pega applications. In this role, you will be responsible for the deployment of large-scale Pega projects. This may involve developing BPM applications, integrating web services, designing data models and frameworks, and collating business analysis requirements
Responsibilities
· Responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega BPM and other Pega solution frameworks.
· Provides architecture and design guidance to project teams
· Performs Design Reviews, Production Readiness Reviews and ensures that the applications deployed are secure, performant and meet client expectations for ease of use and responsiveness.
· Provide thought-leadership to clients across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements
· Develops and demonstrates an advanced knowledge of the Pega Architecture and all design and implementation features
· Works in conjunction with Program Manager to size, manage scope and risk · Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commits to Customer Success (realization of business benefit)
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent, Master's degree preferred
· 8-10 years of progressive Pega experience and LSA certification is Mandatory
· 5 years experience with various Cloud platforms and technologies
· 5 years experience working with Agile or Scaled Agile
· 5+ years directly leading through architecture & software design.
· 5+ years leading development or product management teams.
· 5+ years working in a global resource model.
· 2+ years of cross cultural experience.
· Pega Lead System Architect certification is required (Pega 7 or later preferred)
· Strong understanding of Pega methodologies (i.e. Pega done the Pega way!)
· Ability to define and enforce best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding
· Exposure to a variety to technologies, including object-oriented techniques/principles, database design, application & web servers, not just Pega.
· Aptitude to pick up new concepts and technology rapidly; ability to explain it to both business & IT stakeholder
· Excellent time management and organization skills as well as the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
· Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate
· Dedication to a team-oriented environment with the ability to drive and lead by example
