Role: Scrum Master
Location: San Antonio, TX (Remote till covid)
Mode: Contract
Scrum Master: Should have good hands knowledge on scrum process and SAFe Agile framework. Required at least 5+ years of experience in Scrum.
· Experience in managing project using scrum and SAFe Agile framework
· Engage in planning, analysis and implementation phase to guide the team with agile ceremonies.
· Should Facilitate scrum events as needed.
· Should collect all the required metrics as per SAFe agile process & organization guidelines
· Develop and implement stakeholders communication plan ensuring all stakeholders are involved.
· Should be able to coach the team with agile process and best practices as required.
· Preferred CSM/SAFe Agile certified
· Should have very good interpersonal, leadership, communication skills to establish excellent collaboration.
