· Working with interfacing applications for resolution
· Should have willingness to learn and basic understanding of technologies that are required to support the application
· Experience in handling Incident Management, Ticket Handling, Co-ordination among different Teams, Initial analysis on problems, co-ordination with SME on identifying the Root cause Good Communication Skill
· Flexible to support non-business hours on need basis Work From Home allowed in current pandemic situation.
