Title : SharePoint Analyst Location : Waltham, MA Duration : 12+ months Note : If interested, Kindly reply me with your updated resume and Current visa type Job Description: - The Technical Analyst will have a good understanding of SharePoint, a proven track record managing complex projects and can analyse data and translate technical complexity into the layman while working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- They will design solutions that interpret the needs of stakeholders (Grid:home/SharePoint teams) and convert them into a feasible plan for execution; advising the Business Analyst where refinements can be made or offer an alternative approach when appropriate.
- The Technical Analyst will be expected to write/create an automated script to query the legacy estate and extract site urls based on an agreed set of attributes that can identify and categorise active sites on Infonet and group/map into the following:
• Intranet sites (for Grid:home intranet)
• Collaboration sites (for SharePoint Online)
• Custom / other sites (for Office 365 apps/other solutions) - further discussion required between site/business owners and IT) The Technical Analyst will also be expected to develop a plan for Infonet content archiving and retrieval (adhering to legal retention schedules) and establish a site redirection strategy.
