Job Title : TESTER Location : Houston, TX Duration : 12+ Months Note : This is a hybrid structure position 2 days in the office Job description : - Develop test capability and automation for a variety of solutions including unit, API and UI tests.
- Train and coach developers and team members on test techniques
- Be collaborative in the approach to testing. Perform in dev / pair testing with developers as required
- Responsible for encouraging colleagues to drive continuous improvements
- Developing and communicating test automation guidelines and standards
- Experience with testing tools and frameworks (XUnit/NUnit/MSTest/PyTest, Postman, Selenium)
- C#/Python coding/testing experience
- Database testing experience
- Test automation experience (Azure DevOps Pipelines; Ansible)
- Experience working in an Agile environment using Scrum or Kanban
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience of Windows and Linux platforms
- Passionate about QA and QA methodology
