Position: Data Warehouse Engineer Location: NYC, NY Duration: 12+ Months Must have Skills: Data Warehouse Design - General Experience, SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Analysis Services,    Job Description: 8+ Years’ experience in multidimensional data modelling, such as star schemas, snowflakes, normalized and De-normalized models, handling slow-changing dimensions/attributes. 6+ years of experience data integration (ETL) best practices and techniques.  Experience with cloud service platforms like Microsoft Azure. Proficient working with SSIS (Sql Server Integration Services) . Familiarity with Data Governance concepts and tools (e.g., Data Quality tools, Master Data Management Tools).  3+ years working with Power BI Business Intelligence and Data Visualization Tool.  5+ years of experience with data scripting languages, specifically SQL.  Experience in as many of the following areas: causal inferencing, multi-variate testing and design, A/B testing and design, descriptive analytics, and regression analysis.  Ability to develop experimental and analytical plans for data modeling, use effective baselines, and accurately determine cause-and-effect relations.  Expert level experience in processing, cleansing, filtering, verifying the integrity of data used, and presenting medium to large datasets (hundreds of millions of rows) of data.  Experience in selecting features, building and optimizing classifiers using machine learning techniques.  Demonstrated work experience in enhancing an organization’s data with third party sources of information when needed.  Perform code reviews and re-factor inefficient code as needed.  Broad knowledge of Machine Learning methods, statistical analysis, and problem-solving skills.  3+ year of experience in Agile process and delivery with a disposition towards remediating issues quickly.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to advocate technical solutions for science and business audiences  Should you be interested, please send me a copy of your resume in word format along with the following details ASAP.
